Here is a super tip for getting in shape AND keeping in touch with friends far away,
Create a secret group on Facebook and invite 2 or 3 friends, the goal could be to work out as often as you can until June 22.
Everytime you work out you insert the number of work outs so far, for instance, the 7th. You write what you did and upload a photo of you and your sweaty clothes! peace of cake!
It's a great motivation skill and also gets you too keep in touch with lost friends all over the world. Like in my group we are living in Oslo, Melbourne, London and Gothenburg!
My goal is 90 workouts between january 2nd and June 22nd.

3 easy goodlooking tips

25 Dagars Utmaning!
25 days challenge! Why not?
I keep telling myself to exercise more, eat more healthier, skip the coffee, so why not make the most out of it for 25 days?
The official day is May 3rd, until May 28th.
Let's do it together! Are you with me - individual goals, our own challenge, it's always easier supporting each other when it gets tough, which it most likely will be!
My main focuses will be on the work out itself - 5 days a week, with two days of rest, and in between bicycling 5 days a week for 2x20 min.
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - S-Core
Wednesday - BodyBalance
Thursday - BodyCombat
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Zumba Fitness
Sunday - BodyPump
+ 200 min bicycling per week, to and from work.
A lot of: fish and meat, cottage cheese, herbalife shakes, vegetables and fruit!
NO: refined suger, white flour, coffee or black tea.
No food after 20 pm at night.

Beach 2011 - Getting ready with Herbalife & Vitamins
It's always coming so much quicker than you think, and therefore it's important to get ahead.
I have my daily routine with bicycling and trips to Sportlife every other day to either, BodyPump, Zumba Fitness, or BodyBalance. My newest favorite is Bootywalk which is actually more fun than sweaty.
I just started with Herbalife shakes. It really helped me 3 years ago, and I reduced my fatpercentage with 5%... Wish me luck!
My Vitamins are from Costco, My C-vitamins 1000mg and my multi vitamins with everything you can imagine. American of course, can't get that here. Everyday I'd be poppin' that pill.
FYI, I'm not looking to loose weight, but only to get more fit ;) Once I turned 24, everything is pointing downwards!

How to lose your love handles and your back fat
No, I am actually asking you? Are you seeing the same thing I'm seeing? Her side fat under her training bra? It's nada! There is actually nothing there.
After seeing this cover of Shape Up I feel questionable: is this photo shop or can this also happen to me at the age of 24? After seeing that I went straight to a Body Pump pass and I felt much better afterwards, for a while... till I saw it again

AVOID this
Whether you've noticed it or not, there are loads of dangerous ingredients in your daily products (daycream, lipgloss, bodylotion, toothpaste, etc). If you look at ingredients and find these: WATCH OUT
Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde - allergenic inducing perfume substance
Cyclopentasiloxane Pollutant Hazardous poison
Paraben:
Can give you skin irritations, rosacea, breast cancer, estrogenic activity, etc
Good(not yet proven): Methylparaben, Sodium Methylparaben og Ethylparaben
Bad: ropylparaben, Isopropylparaben, Butylparaben og Isobutylparaben.
Bad creams containg bad parabens: Elizabeth Arden, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent,

Sodium Lareuth Sulfate
You find this in your dishing soap, toothpaste, schampoo, etc...
This actually dries your skin! Watch out for it!
If there's foam, there's SLS! Anything foaming is therefore very bad for your skin. In addition, when it is processed a poisonous gas called etylenoxid.
As a result you can get a dry scalp, eczema, and other ailments.
Try using Zendium toothpaste which holds no SLS.
Triklosan
An antibacterial substance that's used in toothpaste, deodorants, soaps, etc. It can in worst cases lead to a resistance to antibiotics.
Last but absolutely not least:
Mineral oils...which is actually left overs of production from motor oil and gasoline (therefore a very cheap ingredient). This is found in for example Carmex and Lypsyl. This prevents the body from producing its own fat, and this is why you often get dry lips (... I am currently on Carmex rehab). It can also prevent the absorption of vitamins and minerals, get clogged pores so that the natural skinprocess does not function.
In other words: never use: Vaselin, Vaselin oil, Petrolatum, Vaselinum, Paraffin, Paraffin Oil, Liquid paraffin, Ceresin, Polysobutene, Dimethico, Ozokerit, E 905, Paraffinum liquidum, Petroleum and Triethanolomine.

Eat Nuts!
People that eat nuts weigh often less than those that doesn't. It's the combination of proteins, fat and fibers.
Do as me, I always have a little jar of nuts in my bag, it's perfect when one feels a little hungry. ;)
