Last Day!

This has been truly an experience! This is the 25th day of my personal challenge of workingout 5 days a week, no sugar and no coffee! It's been tough, but so much fun!

I feel much more fit - and feel that I have a routine going on that will keep up my workout! 



This is me in a few months!




and now I'm as tired as when we ran through Brooklyn-Queens and Manhattan!

My next challenge

I'm going to sign up for tomorrow, and I'm so excited. I have never been a runner, or done something like this so it might be a good start.

But first of all I have to complete my current challenge, only 5 days left now. Friday is the last day which will be finished off with a morning workout at 6 in the morning :)

Why are you doing it?

I've been getting that question a lot about this so called "25 days challenge" of mine

"Are you doing it to loose weight?", "Do you want to be more healthy?", "Why don't you eat cake?"
etc etc...

I tell people that I mainly want to create a routine in my life for training coming natural, hopefully about 4-5 days a week, and that I will naturally say no to cakes, brownies, cheesecake, and not always say yes if I happen to see my favorites on the table. 

As a prize for completing and succeeding my challenge is inevitable, the gift is going to be a new training outfit!

The Black List

There are a few things that disturb me in the manufacturing world,
and in peoples minds, such as...






+ Mini socks that doesn't suit your shoes.
They should be invisible.
That's their purpose. Use them, but be careful.










+ Open toe pumps with no nail polish is forbidden. Nail polish is mandatory for those showing of their toes.

 + Wrong underwear showing through the clothes, need I say more?








+ White pants -
Should only be used between May1st-September 30th
 (in Scandinavia), otherwise it's unappropriate










+ Material clashing - light fabric shoes and top, with heavy weight skirt,bottom.
It just looks ridiculous and not in balance.






+ Bras with plastic straps should not even be sold. 
There are a sort of bra called strapless, or other tapes one can use.
 Technology is a little ahead these days.







+ If you like the Gucci or Louis Vuitton monogram, then buy it in the boutique, do NOT support terrorism, or even plastic bags.







+ Tights are NOT pants. Remember that.

    Day 14 of 25

    I'm on my 14th day today and it's going fine! I had a tough and sweaty weekend and I therefore long for this resting day without training. It's important that the body gets its rest and recovery. 

    About the food challenge, there are more temptations than I saw coming. Everyday I hear questions like "Would you like some coffee?", "Would you like some waffles of ice cream?", or the fact that I see chips on the table quite often. 

    But I'm sticking in there! I haven't given in for temptation once!

    I'm going to the hairdresser tomorrow and is planning on getting a more straighter look with no different lengths like Chloë, but still having it a little bit steep like Gwyneth, and with the shine of Olivia.

    Tomorrow is going to be a good day!

     

     

    Horrible week - Day 11

    My 25 days Challenge is not going as planned because of a something I'd like to call force majeure - speaking of me getting a fever and stomach cramps monday evening all the way till today, friday. 

    According to my calculations I am only behind one class, and that is BodyCombat, but with a double pass tomorrow - BodyCombat + Zumba, I should be back on track again. 

    However, take my advice, do not work out when you're feeling sick, I went to BodyBalance on wednesday and kept thinking that it's just relaxation, but really it's not. I was the one sweating the most in the room! But the others probably thought I had worked out really hard before the class started.

    Last but not least, I have still not had any coffee, any refined sugar, not even an ice cream in any flavour!

    Back on Track

    I challenged my resting day and was on  BodyPump class after work today, which means I am back on track on my 6th day on my challenge! It was even a new release today, got me trigged! 

    It gets me to think: who has the time to work out everyday with a 8-5 job? 
    When do people have time to cook, clean, mysa, relax? 

    Is there a drug I must take?

    Exhausted

    Today is actually my resting day from my busy work out schedule, however, yesterday was a horrible day filled with fatigue and absolutely no strength because of saturdays activities were a little heavy, so I skipped my BodyPump session. This is so bad. 

    Anyway, luckily there is a BodyPump pass today I could crash, so I will again be back to schedule. 

    I promise you, this will not happen again - for my own sake!

    Friday's fika!

    This is what I had in front of me, and this is what I got, this lousy picture of it. Today's fika had more cakes than usual, 3 cakes(of course)...

    I didn't take one bite, not even one!

    Today I have been feeling really tired, I don't know if it's the abstinence of sugar, or the exhaustioness of my body working out, but I am looking forward to a day without working out, and having the best time with Anette & Camilla, some red wine from Rioja and Solsidan -
    Yes, I am not skipping alcohol in my challenge, why? Because I see no reason, it's so rarely I have a glass anyway... In case you wondered.

    Day 4 of 25 Days

    Today is day 4 out of my 25 days challenge, and it's resting day, which means only 40 minutes of bicycling, back and to work. On Tuesday I did a 45 min S-Core pass and 30 min Ellipse machine, at Wednesday I was first at a PowerStrip class, then at BodyBalance which was actually more giving, and yesterday I attended the toughest one: BodyCombat. 


    The food thing is more challenging that I thought. On day 1 my boyfriend had bought home cookies and the Swedish version of Oreos(which was supposedly soo good) and on Day 2 he brought home a bag of chips with BBQ flavour from Estrella, NO THANKS, I'm not even gonna try it!

    Actually, this is so much fun and I feel so inspired, the only hassle is the time put of to go working out, man it takes time! But hopefully it will give results:)
