I'm on my 14th day today and it's going fine! I had a tough and sweaty weekend and I therefore long for this resting day without training. It's important that the body gets its rest and recovery.
About the food challenge, there are more temptations than I saw coming. Everyday I hear questions like "Would you like some coffee?", "Would you like some waffles of ice cream?", or the fact that I see chips on the table quite often.
But I'm sticking in there! I haven't given in for temptation once!
