I challenged my resting day and was on BodyPump class after work today, which means I am back on track on my 6th day on my challenge! It was even a new release today, got me trigged!
It gets me to think: who has the time to work out everyday with a 8-5 job?
When do people have time to cook, clean, mysa, relax?
Is there a drug I must take?
