Last Day!

This has been truly an experience! This is the 25th day of my personal challenge of workingout 5 days a week, no sugar and no coffee! It's been tough, but so much fun!

I feel much more fit - and feel that I have a routine going on that will keep up my workout! 

This is me in a few months!

and now I'm as tired as when we ran through Brooklyn-Queens and Manhattan!
